### Seven Burn Mechanisms

1. **AI Subscription Burn:** 33% of $MKONG spent on AI services is permanently burned
2. **Sell Transaction Burn:** 2% of every sell transaction is burned
3. **Single-Sided LP Burn:** When staking rewards are burned by a holder, an equal amount is burned from the Uniswap liquidity pool, raising the price floor
4. **Burn to Fast-Track APY:** Holders can burn up to 10x their claimed staking rewards to boost APY up to the 42% maximum
5. **Emergency Unstake Burn:** Bypass the 9-day unstaking cooldown by burning 9% of staked balance
6. **Auto Liquidity Pool Burn:** 0.01% of $MKONG in the Uniswap LP is automatically burned every 24 hours, continuously reducing supply for all holders
7. **Burn on Bridge: ** 1% of tokens bridged from Ethereum to Base are burned

## Staking

The MKong staking system lets holders earn yield on $MKONG with no new tokens minted — rewards come from existing supply.

- **Base APY:** 4.20%
- **Maximum APY:** 42.0% (achieved by burning 90% of claimed staking rewards)
- **Reward accrual:** Per minute; claimable or compoundable at any time
- **Cooldown:** 9-day unstaking period (can be bypassed by burning 9% of staked balance)
- **Accelerated APY:** Burning staking rewards simultaneously triggers LP burns, benefiting all $MKONG holders
